- Based on that understanding, decide upon tasks for next time.

MTLSD property taxes
Michael presented the results of some research he had done into the implications of upcoming school-district spending. As a result of the high-school renovation and of the need to compensate for PSERS (pension) shortfalls, property taxes would likely increase by about 50 percent in the next 5 years.
Action items
We agreed upon the following tasks:
- Dig deeper into the finances
- Continue reviewing the overall renovation process
- Continue our individual research
